Sports

Sports at BTGS include volleyball (7th-8th girls), basketball (6th-8th  boys and girls), track (7th-8th boys and girls), and intramural basketball (4th-8th boys and girls).  Little Herder football is offered by the community for boys in the 5th though 8th grades.  Look at the school calendar for game dates and times. Congratulations to the 2009 Science Olympiad team.  They took first place at state in Bozeman!

Teens In Partnership (T.I.P.)

T.I.P. is a community service organization open to seventh and eighth grade students.  Meetings are held once a month during the lunch hour.  Some of our projects include visiting the Pioneer Medical Center and Senior Citizen's Center, providing an Easter meal for a family, buying Christmas gifts for children, and helping at various school functions. Mrs. Arlian and Mrs. Stenberg are the advisors.

School Newspaper

The Echo is published four times a year by seventh and eighth grade students.  It features news about all school activities.  Mrs. Glavin and Mrs. Morgan are the advisors.
